About Vicy, NGAN Yu-ting
顏氏以強調墨、色、水的沒骨法及工筆畫細膩的方式作畫，呈現記憶與想像之間的懷舊。靈感多源於童年在內地的生活及長輩口述的歷史記憶，重塑大敘事中被遺留的個體歷史和情感。
Through the use of Mogu and meticulous way of painting, Ngan has attempted to create nostalgia between recollection and imagination. Her painterly practice is rooted in the scenes of childhood in the Mainland and her mother’s retelling of historical memories, picking up Individual experiences and emotions under the great history.
