About Tam Kar Wing
Tam earned his Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) art degree from RMIT University in 2006, and obtained his Master degree of Fine Arts in Creative Media at the City University of Hong Kong. He devoted to participating fully in exhibitions to enhance his aspirations by taking part in the reputable art competitions. He sequentially awarded the finalist qualification in IFVA, Hong Kong Biennial in 2009 and Philippe Charriol Foundation Arts Competition in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
Artist Statement
Tam attaches passion to controversial issue but negligible sociality contents as his subject matter of paintings. It is also his vision to bring along the art into the community by accumulating the experience of arts practicing.
