WORK EXPERIENCE
Nov2007-2009 Designer & Assistant to Managing Director MCCM Creations
MCCM Creations is a Hong Kong based publishing house, specialising in books on art, design and visual culture. During my time at the company I was the sole designer. I worked closely with the company manager/founder, taking projects from conception to publication. In addition to my design duties I was called upon to handle administrative work such as budget planning, material sourcing, the organisation of book launch events, talks, communication with authors and contract designers. I took notes in meetings and made sure that agreed actions were followed up.

My duties were helping him to keep his teaching materials well organised and I also assisted on cultural research materials for teaching purposes. Drawing is my primary creative outlet. I have pursued my love for illustration outside of office hours. My works have been published in several local cultural magazines.
